Request data deletion

Open the Orela AI app on iOS or Android while signed in, then:

1. Open the Settings tab at the bottom of the app.
2. Tap Privacy & Data.
3. Tap Delete All My Data.
4. Tick only the categories you want removed. Leave Account & login data unticked if you want to keep using the app.
5. Tap Delete Selected Data to confirm. Selected data is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

In the app you can delete one or more of these categories:

• All scanned photos — oral health images you captured in Orela AI
• AI analysis reports — screening results generated from those scans
• Brushing history — brushing activity stored in the app
• Profile & preference — profile details and privacy preferences
• Account & login data — only select this if you also want to delete the account itself

Anything you leave unticked stays on your account.

To stay signed in and keep using Orela AI, do not select Account & login data. Your login, subscription (if any), and any unselected data remain.

If you want to delete the whole account instead, follow the steps on Delete your account.

If you cannot use the app, email us from the address linked to your Orela account and tell us which data you want deleted (for example scans only, or reports only). Include “Request data deletion” in the subject line.
