Delete your account

Open the Orela AI app on iOS or Android while signed in to the account you want to remove, then:

1. Open the Settings tab at the bottom of the app.
2. Tap Privacy & Data.
3. Tap Delete All My Data.
4. Select the data you want removed. To delete the account itself, include Account & login data. You can also select scanned photos, AI analysis reports, brushing history, and profile & preference.
5. Tap Delete Selected Data to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

After account and login data are deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

Depending on the categories you select in the app, Orela AI deletes:

• All scanned photos
• AI analysis reports
• Brushing history
• Profile and preference data
• Account and login data (your account)

Select every category, including Account & login data, if you want a full account deletion.

We may keep limited records where we are required to do so by law, for example billing or tax records for a paid subscription, or information needed to handle a support request you already sent us. We do not keep your oral health scans or login credentials for marketing after you delete your account.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Follow the in-app steps above, or contact us.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Orela account and ask us to delete it. Include “Delete account” in the subject line.
